Tamii Brown

General Manager​

Mrs. Tamii Brown joined Salada Foods Limited in April 2017 and was appointed General Manager in February 2022. She is a strategic business leader with over 18 years’ experience in sales, distribution, and commercial management across local and regional markets.

As General Manager, Mrs. Brown has overall responsibility for the Company’s strategic direction, commercial performance, and operational execution. She provides leadership across key business functions, with a focus on driving sustainable growth, strengthening market presence, and delivering value to stakeholders.

Prior to joining Salada, Mrs. Brown served as Division and Caribbean Area Manager at Stansfeld Scott, based in Barbados, where she gained extensive regional management experience.

Mrs. Brown holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and Spanish (cum laude) from York University, Toronto, Canada, and a Master of Business Administration (Marketing) with Distinction from the Mona School of Business and Management. In 2025, she completed the Director’s Strategic Guide to Corporate Governance & Leadership with the Jamaica Stock Exchange.

Nadine Francis

Quality Assurance Manager

Ms. Nadine Francis joined Salada in 2018 as Quality Assurance Manager & Safe Quality Food (SQF) Practitioner. She is responsible for quality, maintaining SQF standards, and product development. Prior to joining Salada, she worked as Plant Manager for A.D. Steinhol Industries Limited. 

She also worked as Quality Assurance Manager at Virginia Dare, Jamaica, and Caribbean Flavours & Fragrances Limited.

Ms. Francis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and a Master of Science in Occupational and Environmental Safety and Health from the University of the West Indies.

Stephen Lloyd

Operations Manager

Mr. Stephen Lloyd joined the team at Salada in February 2020 as Operations Manager. He is responsible for all manufacturing operations and oversees the security portfolio. 

He has extensive manufacturing experience having held senior positions in quality, product development and operations at Red Stripe, Spike Industries and Corrpak. Prior to joining the team at Salada he was the Chief Operating Officer for Caribbean Cream Limited. 

Mr. Lloyd holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the West Indies in Biochemistry and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans

Michael Murray

Financial Controller

Mr. Michael Murray joined Salada Foods Limited as Financial Controller effective October 2025. He is a chartered accountant and seasoned professional with over 17 years’ experience in financial leadership, reporting, and governance across publicly listed and multinational organizations. He is responsible for overseeing the Company’s financial management, reporting, budgeting and regulatory compliance in accordance with IFRS and Jamaica Stock Exchange requirements.

He brings strong expertise in financial analysis, auditing, internal controls, strategic financial planning and supports executive management decision-making. Prior to joining Salada, Mr. Murray held senior finance roles at Arel Limited, CAC2000 and spent over 15 years with Red Stripe, part of the Heineken Group, serving in various finance and business leadership positions with regional and international exposure.

Mr. Murray is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (FCA)

Christopher Lee

Logistics Manager

Mr. Christopher Lee joined Salada in May 2021 as the Logistics & IT Support Services Manager. He is responsible for inventory management, warehousing as well as all inbound and outbound logistics for the Company. 

Prior to joining Salada, Mr. Lee worked as the Warehouse Manager at Spectrum Systems Limited and Outbound Logistics Controller at Red Stripe. 

Mr. Lee holds a Master of Science Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a Certificate in Warehouse Inventory Management from the University of Commonwealth Caribbean.

Laurence Chin-Shue

Plant and Special Projects Engineer

Mr. Laurence Chin-Shue joined Salada Foods in 2019 as a Project Engineer. He is responsible for leading the engineering and maintenance portfolios. Prior to joining Salada he enjoyed an industrious 40-year career at Seprod Group of Companies in capacities spanning from Plant Engineer to Maintenance Manager.

Mr. Chin-Shue holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida.

Kerrian Johnson

Commercial & Corporate Affairs Manager

Ms. Kerrian Johnson B.Sc., M.B.A. assumed responsibilities as Commercial and Corporate Affairs Manager in May 2022. Miss Johnson has over 20 years’ experience in Marketing Strategy, Brand Management & Regional Marketing Development. She holds an MBA from the Mona School of Business and Post Graduate Diploma in International Business from Centennial College, Canada. She also has over 7 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry and FMCG companies where she lead product innovations and brand development. Ms. Johnson is an avid reader and football enthusiast.
